Rubicon is a bright sunny townhome in the highly sought after Lake Village Complex. Lake Village has a huge hot tub, two saunas, showers and clubhouse & game room available to guests in the winter months. After the snow melts, a large pool, picnic area, tennis courts, outdoor barbeque grills & children's playground are available to our guests. Rubicon is directly across from the US Forest and trails which provide excellent Cross Country skiing in the winter, as well as casual hiking/biking during the other Tahoe seasons. Rubicon is newly furnished, and both bedrooms have King sized beds. Both bedrooms have color televisions with remote. The master bedroom has its own bath a second FULL sized bath is in the hall adjacent to bedroom number two. The large upstairs living room, dining and kitchen area is furnished with a dining table which seats eight plus two additional bar stools at the adjacent tile counter. The living room has a gas fireplace, television DVD/VCR and two quality Queen hide-a-beds as well as books & games for adults or children. A comfortable deck with table and chairs adjoins the living room. There is a half bath adjacent to the living room for upstairs guests. In addition to a completely furnished kitchen, Rubicon has a two car garage with remote opener. (Great for those snowy days when you don't want to unload your skis/snowboards or scrape ice and snow from your windshield!) In a separate room adjacent to the garage is a private Hot Spring Spa Hot Tub!
