No Smoking
No exception, evidence of smoking inside the townhome will result in loss of security deposit.
No Pets

A reservation requires: 50% down (we "hold" the townhouse for 4 days to allow your check to arrive) with the remainder due no less than 30 days before the first reserved date.
Our cancellation policy is: to refund any amount paid that can be recovered by re-renting the days reserved. Or, we gladly transfer the booking to another time (it must be an equivalent and available time and we don't book these transfers more than 30 days in advance).
Security Deposit Policy: this covers damage or excessive cleaning. If we need to drain and clean the hot tub the deposit will be charged. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your stay.
